Please contact us before purchasing if you are uncertain about a piece. You may cancel an order prior to it shipping. Once an order ships, it can not be cancelled or returned.
Due to the nature of our business and the fragility of the work, we generally do not accept returns or grant refunds or exchanges. In the rare case that a work arrives damaged, we will decide whether to file a claim (all works are shipped insured) or return/exchange your item. All claims on damaged works must be made by contacting us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any other return that is authorized will be charged a $30 restocking/administrative fee. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Refunds will post within 24-48 hours to your original payment method after safe delivery of the returned work. We will not refund any orders returned damaged due to your negligent packaging, mishandling or returned without contacting us first.
